My friend and colleague (and website

is conducting a wonderful experiment in the power of Constructive Rest. I have decided to join her in this 30-day
challenge.
I want to deepen my understanding of this simple procedure for “doing
nothing” – yet gaining everything. Taking 10-20 minutes a day in semi-supine
can have revolutionary, life-enhancing benefits, including:

realignment of the body
